Hinz Company made its reputation by providing precision-machined parts that exceed quality requirements of our customers. Our quality system was  ISO certified in 1999 and since then was recertified multiple times. We successfully passed an FAA audit in 2011.

The high quality of our products is assured by using only new production equipment: all machines are less than 10 years old, and employing highly trained and experienced personnel in all key positions.

Our quality department is concentrated on prevention of defects, tight in-process control, subcontractor quality management and strict inspection of our products. Its highly trained employees, including a Six Sigma Black Belt, use sophisticated measuring equipment such as a Video Comparator with up to 300X magnification. We provide full quality documentation of our products according to AIAG, ISO, AS9100 and any customer specific requirements.
