CNC Multi-Axis Machining of Steel Tube for Hydraulic Industry
Contracted by a hydraulic industry leader, The Hinz Company constructed a multi-axis turned steel tube used for commerical hydraulic applications. Produced from steel material, this part was manufactured using advanced CNC multi-axis turning equipment, capable of holding (±) .001 of an inch precision tolerance.
The steel tube after run complete in our CNC multi-axis turning department is carefully transported to our debur and assembly department. There it is carefully assembled using customer supplied seals. Final steps include performing a series of dimensional checks, ensure that the parts meet exact customer and FAA specifications as well as stacking in crates to ship to customer.
